Been pretty addicted to yoga since the beginning of the year. And I have to say it has helped me in building my core strength as well as the hour and a half allows me to completely relax myself by letting go all my thoughts for the day. Nothing religious. But I do believe that the Calm Heart Meditation is great way for stress relief.
I've included a few instructions in the love note, I believe they're they key instructions since I hear all my instructors repeat it in the beginning of the class all the time.
I personally find having my fingers point down towards the floor allows full relaxation. But it looked nicer with he palms facing up when I was trying to illustrate such posture~~~~
